Who Is Brittney Jones?

Who is Brittney Jones? In the new issue of Star Magazine, Brittney Jones makes the cover, claiming that she and Ashton Kutcher “made love on his living room couch while Demi [Moore] was out of town.”

Brittney Jones is a 21-year-old woman who claims to have slept with Ashton, saying she met him in a bowling alley, they exchanged number and the two started texting. Kim Kardashian Sex Tape Scandal

Us Magazine has learned that Kardashian – who in February sued adult video distributor Vivid Entertainment for releasing a homemade video of her having sex with ex-boyfriend, singer Ray J, without her consent – will be paid by Vivid a settlement totaling close to $5 million.

Sources say that Vivid has agreed to cease distribution of the video by the end of May. So hurry up and get your copy today, folks – or wait three days and focus on the Olivia Mojica sex tape instead.

“Kim is relieved that she can now move on from this embarrassing chapter in her life,” says a Kardashian pal, who must not be Paris Hilton.

Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment, released a statement saying: “We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us. We met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair.”

Well, if $5 million for having sex on tape is fair, we may be in the wrong line of work. Someone at The Hollywood Gossip front desk needs to get David Hans Schmidt on the phone!

In February, Kardashian (daughter of former O.J. Simpson defense attorney, the late Robert Kardashian), claimed Vivid’s release of Kim Kardashian Superstar represented a violation of her “right to privacy.”

At the time, Kardashian confirmed the tape’s existence, but insisted that she had “nothing to do” with it being made public. And we believed that about as much as we believe that Kate Bosworth has eaten this week.
